Problem: An old and mold-infested shower was leaking, while rust from wire shelving had spread to the wall ands and floor tiles. An old, noisy fan was not working properly, causing high humidity and paint damage.
Solution: A shower niche was installed, along with a new, modern shower. It was waterproofed with a membrane.
All the tile joints were filled with stain-proof and mold-resistant grout, which not only reduces shower maintenance, but keeps it looking new for the long haul.
A powerful, yet quiet fan equipped with a humidity sensor was added to keep the room dry.
